Senior Operations Director Opportunity

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Director to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of integrated facilities management services across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong client relationships and develop a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives, sustainability goals, and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency through standardization, automation, and best practice sharing across the region.
- Lead a high-performing team across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability.
- Collaborate with global innovation and sustainability teams to pilot and implement cutting-edge solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively advise clients on future risks and opportunities.
- At least 12+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large, complex accounts across multiple countries in APAC.
- Strong understanding of financial services environments and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
