Digital Transformation Project Manager

This leadership role involves overseeing the successful design and delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure seamless execution of user stories, agile ceremonies, and solution implementation.
- Delivering AI and digital projects on time and within scope is a critical component of this role.
- Coordination and participation in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases are essential aspects.
- Refining and managing backlogs in collaboration with users, developers, and testers requires strong communication skills and expertise.
- Tracking delivery progress and escalating risks or blockers in a timely manner is crucial for project success.
- Act as Product Owner for Workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile Ways of Working.
- Support Change Management and Adoption.
- Conduct Solution Documentation and Reporting.
- Contribute to Team Collaboration and Development.
- 3-8 years of experience in digital transformation or product delivery.
- Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and User story writing is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of AI, analytics, process automation, and data science tools is required.
