Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic professional to join our team as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality course instruction, contributing to curriculum development, and providing mentorship and support to students.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Teach counselling-related subjects, fostering students' understanding and application of theoretical concepts.
  • Develop and enhance counselling programs and curricula to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Select and evaluate prospective students, identifying individuals with strong potential for counselling studies.
  • Pursue scholarly research and publish articles in reputable journals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments to achieve the institution's objectives and mission.

Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to biblical principles and values.
  • Ph.D. or PsyD in Counselling Psychology or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of counselling experience, with additional experience in providing psychological education and training preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
