Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Academic Professional to join our team in the field of Business and Hospitality. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the areas of Business, Finance, Logistics, and Hospitality. You will also contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials, as well as participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree in any relevant field
  • Pass in English Language at General Certificate in Education 'Ordinary' level or its equivalent
  • Preferable to have at least 1 year of teaching or training experience in the relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To effectively deliver the curriculum that is planned by the college
  2. To implement innovative teaching strategies as recommended by the college
  3. To identify, select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles and special needs
  4. To adhere and ensure coherent practice of the academic policies and processes
  5. To maintain accurate and timely records for the Academic department
  6. To manage students' learning through fostering a positive learning environment, take part in student development activities and provide academic counseling when required
  7. To maintain good professional conduct and act as a role model to students in words and action
  8. To attend all required trainings, briefings and meetings as required by the institution
  9. To provide other ad-hoc teaching services
