Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled academic professional to join our team as a lecturer/senior instructor in the school of counselling. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about teaching, research and contributing to the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Instruction: Deliver engaging and comprehensive course instruction in counselling-related subjects, ensuring students' understanding and application of theoretical concepts.
  • Academic Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of counselling programs and curricula.
  • Student Supervision and Guidance: Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth, and guiding them in their career aspirations.
  • Research and Publication: Engage in scholarly research and publishing articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or PsyD in Counselling Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum five years of counselling experience, with additional experience in providing psychological education and training preferred.
  • Strong commitment to biblical principles and values.

  • Ability to collaborate as a team player and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
