Strategic Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility and maximize profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track performance indicators to evaluate organizational effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage major projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management. Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential files, records, and databases. Facilitate communication between departments and serve as a liaison for internal and external interactions. Support the creation and enforcement of administrative policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and handle procurement coordination as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration/Management Experience: Experienced in business administration or management, preferably with experience running own small business or relevant industry.
  • Project Management and Office Suites: Proficient in project management and Office Suites.
  • Leadership and Analytical Skills: Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
