Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic operations manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and communication infrastructure that helps our team operate with focus, transparency, and speed.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or similar strategic execution roles, ideally within advertising, media, or technology. They will also have strong familiarity with sales-led organizations and a clear understanding of what makes commercial teams successful.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams, juggle competing priorities, and bring order to ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proven ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders.
