Strategic Business Operations Analyst

  • Conduct thorough business case evaluations, develop comprehensive business models, and support the creation of strategic plans to guide organizational decision-making processes.
  • Analyzing monthly and yearly performance trends across business units, comparing results against budget targets, and preparing detailed reports for review by senior management.
  • Performing cost analysis on operating expenses and labor costs, and proposing recommendations to address performance gaps and drive business growth.
  • Gathering and consolidating internal data, market intelligence, and general information to create a foundational resource for department heads in the development of their strategic plans.
  • Planning and leading research initiatives for special projects, providing analytical support to department heads during implementation phases.
  • Maintaining effective communication with relevant departments, ensuring timely dissemination of detailed reports on strategic and business planning matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or exposure to project management.
  • A degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related business discipline.
  • Experience with operations analysis, feasibility studies, or market research is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance trend analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
