The Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR is seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our Executive Education Programme as an Executive Education Director. This senior leadership role oversees the entire programme management lifecycle, including marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and student experience from enrolment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Branding
    • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our Executive Education Programme as a premier choice for global business leaders.
    • Oversee branding efforts, digital campaigns, and content development to enhance programme visibility and recognition.
    • Plan and execute high-profile marketing events, roadshows, and information sessions in key markets to engage with potential students.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maximize outreach and campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Marketing, Recruitment and Admission team, ensuring strong execution and alignment with programme goals.
  • Student Recruitment and Admissions
    • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber business leaders and professionals worldwide.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, alumni, and industry leaders, to generate referrals and build a strong network.
    • Oversee the admissions process, including application screening, candidate interviews, and selection, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for prospective students.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
    • Work closely with programme academic directors and team members to align recruitment efforts with academic and institutional goals, and ensure compliance with university regulations and policies.
  • Programme Operations and Student Experience
    • Oversee the end-to-end student journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to graduation, and fostering a sense of community and belonging among students.
    • Ensure the smooth delivery of academic and executive learning experiences, working closely with faculty and programme team members.
    • Enhance student engagement through networking sessions, company visits, and executive learning initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Programme Operations Team to ensure efficient daily operations and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and university policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with faculty, corporate partners, alumni, and school leadership to enhance programme value and reputation.
    • Establish partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and industry associations to create networking and career development opportunities for students.
    • Represent the programme at industry forums, conferences, and executive education platforms to strengthen programme recognition and reputation.
    • Mentor and develop the team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
