Job Title:

E-Learning Content Creator

Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our digital learning division, you will be responsible for developing engaging online training experiences that showcase the company's expertise and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop storyboards and filming strategies to create immersive learning journeys.
  • Maintain and administer the e-learning platform to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Assemble, operate, and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, live streaming gear, and other equipment as needed.
  • Apply expert knowledge of lenses, filters, lighting, and camera settings to achieve exceptional visual results.
  • Manage video shooting and photography for all online training sessions.
  • Support trainers in preparing equipment and setting up facilities for filming.
  • Assist trainers during shoots by demonstrating proper equipment usage.
  • Ensure the local domain of the learning portal is maintained and updated for optimal user experience.
  • Administer training activities according to the local training schedule and business needs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Film or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience in video filming with a focus on storytelling.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling storylines and designing immersive learning journeys.
