**Job Title:** Digital Learning Technology Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Technology Strategist to play a key role at the intersection of learning design, technology, and enterprise systems. As a strategic leader in our digital learning landscape, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing our learning tech stack and other digital learning platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including L&D, HR, and IT, to implement and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly learning technologies that support global learning strategies. Your expertise in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles will be essential in driving business growth and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learner Experience: Oversee the development and integration of our learning technology stack to ensure seamless delivery of user-centric, data-informed digital learning experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain learning technologies that align with business goals and learner needs.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with learning technology trends and innovations, evaluating new tools and features to enhance learner engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
- Compliance: Ensure digital learning content and systems comply with accessibility standards, corporate policies, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SCORM/xAPI content standards, and integration of enterprise HR and learning platforms.
- Strong technical and development knowledge of learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP), multimedia tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
- Expert-level experience with software development practices and methodologies.
- Understanding of compliance, information security, and data privacy principles in a global context.
