Job Opportunity: AI and Digital Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI and Digital Learning Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering transformation programs that integrate AI, digital learning, and organisational development (OD) into business transformation.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align business priorities with people development strategies.
  • Deliver executive briefings, boardroom presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers to position us as a long-term partner.

You will also be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing L&D and OD interventions, and developing leadership, culture, and transformation programs across ASEAN. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to design proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses, and present Cognotiv's solutions to senior executives, articulating ROI and business impact.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Adult Learning, Education, or related field, and 3-7 years' experience in L&D, OD, HR, or consulting. You must have strong executive presence, excellent facilitation, presentation, and business storytelling skills, and be analytical, adaptable, and driven to deliver measurable impact.
