Digital Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Learning Specialist.
This role involves designing and delivering online, blended, or in-person learning interventions on digital skills for public officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in instructional design and be able to assess learning impact at individual and/or organisational levels.
The selected candidate will also contribute to consultancy and transformation projects, applying methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement. Additionally, they will manage end-to-end programme development and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with a strong foundation in instructional design
- Good understanding of current and emerging technologies such as AI, programming, RPA, data analytics, and digital transformation
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate within the organisation and with external partners
