Job Title

A visionary content leader is sought to drive the creation of exceptional digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling interactive courseware for adult learners, encompassing eLearning modules, videos, and simulations.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of digital learning initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with instructional goals and technical standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from conception to delivery, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production, or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and creating eLearning courseware or utilizing eLearning programs, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Good verbal and writing skills.
  • Technical competence in various development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft PowerPoint, video/audio editing tools, etc.
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be based in Central Singapore and possess excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
