We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team as a Digital Learning Experience Creator. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital content that caters to adult learners.

About the Role:

  • Create interactive and immersive eLearning experiences using various instructional technologies such as video, animation, and multimedia tools.\
  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging storyboards that translate into finished interactive content.\
  • Design instructional materials, manuals, and learning resources that cater to adult learners.\
  • Collaborate with project managers and content developers to design and develop courseware that incorporates technology and relevant learning pedagogies.\
  • Evaluate courseware based on approved storyboards and perform quality assurance checks.\
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing eLearning content and suggest innovative solutions.\
  • Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments, and examinations that measure learner outcomes.\

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education or Instructional Design (or related field) preferred but not required; minimum 2 years experience in instructional design and/or training.\
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\
  • Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging storyboards using various techniques.\
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.\
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in eLearning development.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning authoring tools.\
