Job Title: Fish and Seafood Specialist

 

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Fish and Seafood Specialist.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve fish soup according to standard recipes and guidelines.
  • Prepare raw fishes, cutting them and ingredients in accordance with requirements and quality control standards.
  • Engage in daily prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all prepared dishes.
  • Keep the departmental area clean and organized at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs in a timely manner.
  • Carefully handle raw seafood, following strict food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards), including having a certificate in Food Hygiene level 1.
  • Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Prior experience in F&B preparation is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
