**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist at Jurong Fishery Port to purchase seafood
- Assist to transport seafood to retail outlet
- Fish trimming and cutting
- Fish packaging which include weighing of fish, cleaning of fish and package of fish
- Other general maintenance & housekeeping duties.
- Issue invoices to customer
- Assist to clean up the stall after the end of the day operation
- Able to sort, weigh, pack, label, stack and place the product into freezers
- Assigning stocks for delivery
- Adhering to safety and health regulations in the processing facility

**Requirements**:

- Physically strong as need to carry heavy goods.
- Basic fish cutting skills and product knowledge
- Working days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
- Working hours: 2am to 11am (Including one hour break)
- Able to work overtime with allowance
- Must be comfortable working long hours in standing position and non-airconditioned environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be pro-active and a good team player
- Able to work with minimum supervision
