Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Seafood Processing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of seafood products, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food processing, with experience in handling and preparing seafood items. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cut and handle seafood items with precision and care.
  • Prepare raw fish according to requirements.
  • Maintain the freshness and quality of seafood items.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

No formal qualification is required for this role, but a basic understanding of kitchen procedures and practices is essential.

Key skills include:

  • Basic kitchen experience.
  • Experience in cutting fish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working location: Sembawang.

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm; Sat 8am to 12pm.

Working day: 6 days a week.
