At RapSys Technologies PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to calls, emails, and chat requests from customers. The primary objective of this role is to provide first-call resolution, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $4,200 - $6,500 per month, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide first-call resolution and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Document all interactions with customers, including issues resolved and actions taken
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant databases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Language: English and Mandarin
