Job Title: Technical Officer (Command and Control Systems) - Singaporean only (CAT 2A)

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of client Command and Control Systems. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance activities during assigned duty shifts, managing defects, reporting faults, and conducting system health checks.

You will oversee all corrective and preventive maintenance carried out by client-appointed contractors, coordinate repair/maintenance resources, schedules, and equipment with contractors. Additionally, you will perform standby duty at client's operation centres for immediate response to faults.

To excel in this position, you must possess a diploma or higher qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields. Prior experience in system maintenance, fault response, or technical support roles is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
