This contract position is open for a skilled and experienced Aerospace Order Desk Professional to join our team at Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. As an ERP and Database Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and inputting customer orders, generating delivery documents, and maintaining transaction and interaction records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and input customer orders into the SAP system.
- Generate delivery documents and maintain accurate records.
- Support other departments in addressing customer service issues.
- Collaborate with the repair team to achieve repair SPT and company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Previous experience in aerospace customer order desks is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
