Job Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with students, staff, and parents to provide quality school counselling support. The primary role is to provide a supportive environment for students' mental health, social-emotional development, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective school counselling programmes that cater to diverse student needs.
  2. Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to identify and address mental health issues and social-emotional problems.
  3. Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
  4. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of school counselling programmes.
  5. Network with external professionals and community agencies to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • Passion and commitment to supporting students-at-risk.
  • Empathy and understanding of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and resilient in providing support to students and their families.
  • Preferably with at least one year of working experience in a related field.
