Job Title: Student Care Support Professional

The role of a Student Care Support Professional is pivotal in providing daily support to students. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and reminding groups of students to complete their assigned homework, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the students, and maintaining positive relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remind and guide students on their daily school homework to ensure timely completion.
  • Support routine care duties to guarantee student safety and hygiene.
  • Maintain good relationships with students and provide constructive feedback to superiors.
  • Accompany students for medical consultations or documentation work at ICA (on an occasional basis).
  • Perform other duty of care as required by superiors.
Requirements & Skills
  • Possess a G.C.E. 'O' Level qualification in English Language.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working with students is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Chinese with students.
