Job Title: Student Support and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Support and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to students and families, while contributing to impactful marketing efforts that expand our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families via email, telephone, and in-person inquiries.
  • Assist with student admissions processes, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance coverage, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in student files and admissions databases for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth student transfers and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the finance team on student fee matters, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Conduct surveys to gather student feedback, collate results, and prepare reports for analysis.
  • Participate in school events, committees, and provide support where required to enhance the overall student experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing will be an added advantage.
