At Binance, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Data Analyst – Compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and contributing to data analytics initiatives that support our global compliance strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be working closely with compliance experts to analyze large-scale datasets, build complex models, and deliver actionable insights that inform regulatory obligations and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a leader who can guide a high-performing team of data analysts to deliver sophisticated analytical solutions that meet compliance requirements. The selected candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Guide a high-performing team of data analysts to deliver complex analytical solutions that support compliance requirements.
  • Analytics Development: Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to compliance and regulatory needs.
  • Data Analysis: Work with PB-scale volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using both proprietary and open-source tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with compliance teams to prioritize high-impact use cases, turning complex findings into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Workflow Improvement: Develop systems to enhance the efficiency of business and compliance operations.
  • Request Management: Handle data requests, interpret business needs, and evaluate the impact of changes effectively.
Required Qualifications:Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative or engineering field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, Hive.
  • Capable of handling and analyzing large-scale datasets.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and set priorities.
  • Logical, detail-oriented, and capable of synthesizing complex data into patterns.
