**Your day at NTT DATA**

Independently drive forward the establishment of the compliance standards and implement, develop and promote an effective Compliance Program to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and laws incl. NTT DATA and Group requirements.

**What you'll be doing**
- Independently drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC-wide Compliance Management System and the associated instructional documentation.
- Main objectives of the GDC-wide Compliance Management System (CMS):

- Ensure a proper and proactive Compliance Management in compliance with ISO 37301 as well as all requirements (laws, regulations, client requirements, NTT DATA and Group requirements).
- Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the instructional documentation (e.g., Code of Conduct, Compliance Guideline).
- Set compliance rules for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Maintain and further develop the CMS.
- Ensure a reporting channel is implemented and maintained to report compliance cases.
- Operate the compliance case management and conduct internal investigations.
- Raise awareness for Compliance incl. conception and execution of staff trainings.
- Contribute to the further development and maintenance of Compliance documents and processes.
- Actively contribute to the identifying and managing compliance risks.
- Participate in the development of Compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
- Documenting and managing Compliance cases including conducting investigations if needed.
- Contribute to promoting a holistic understanding of compliance, thereby enabling synergies between Compliance Management and Internal Control System to be used in an effective way.
- Contribute to ensuring that the CMS is driven in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS) System.
- Assume shared responsibility in maintaining and expanding the good relationship with all data centers and other departments in NTT GDC.
- ontribute to management reports with Compliance topics.
- Advise all employees and business departments in questions related to Compliance.
- Support the Commercial unit on client requests, contracts and audits.
- Support the Director Compliance and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Professional skills**
- Successfully completed university degree (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience.
- Professional experience in the field of Compliance Management.
- Additional professional training/qualifications desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 19600, 37301).
- Several years of professional experience in a compliance department, consulting firm with a focus on compliance/forensics, audit department, or comparable.
- Fluent in English. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
