Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies that drive growth in the dynamic Aero ISR market.
  • Develop and manage global partner agreements with OEMs to drive business expansion.
  • Prioritise market opportunities in alignment with strategic goals and capability fit.
  • Build and capitalise on customer relationships with OEMs, MROs, and Integrators to improve capabilities and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish compelling value propositions for Aero ISR offerings.
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments to advance use cases.
  • Network with end users, platform manufacturers, partners, and attend trade shows to become a leader in Aero ISR SATCOM.

What We Need

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the Aero ISR industry in APAC.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing proposals, including R&D.
  • Strong negotiation and contract leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry advancements.
