
Office Administrator Position Available

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office team. Your responsibilities will include receiving tenants and residents, visitors, contractors, and workmen, as well as providing general assistance. You will also be responsible for compiling monthly and quarterly reports, typing notices and documents, handling correspondence, cataloging information, and performing various office duties.\
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and assisting tenants, residents, visitors, contractors, and workmen.\
- Compiling and submitting monthly and quarterly reports.\
- Typing notices and documents expeditiously.\
- Handling inward and outward correspondence.\
- Cataloging and recording necessary information.\
- Performing various office administrative duties.\
- Receiving telephone calls and directing callers to appropriate officers.\
- Maintaining inventory of office stationery.\
- Providing additional administrative support to the office when needed.

Requirements:
- Nitec or N/O levels certification is required.\
- Basic financial knowledge is preferred.\
- Self-driven individual with good communication skills.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
