The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cleanliness operations, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene are maintained in our facilities. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and assist cleaning staff to ensure efficient clean-up procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning purposes;
  • Support banquet and buffet operations by transporting and storing necessary items;
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines and hand wash stations;
  • Collaborate with management to train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, motivate, and coach employees;
  • Follow company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions;
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs;
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, support teamwork to achieve common goals;
  • Evaluate and improve quality expectations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred;
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance;
  • Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic knowledge of safety training and certifications.

About Our Team:
