About the Role:

UTAC HEADQUARTERS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Chief Sustainability Strategist to spearhead our organization's sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with global industry trends, corporate objectives, and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Refine Sustainability Roadmap: Create, implement, and continuously update the company's sustainability roadmap, incorporating insights from regional and site sustainability coordinators, corporate functions, and external stakeholders.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Performance Management: Coordinate data collection, consolidation, and verification for the Annual Group Sustainability Report, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to global reporting standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Governance: Plan and lead Quarterly Global Sustainability Reviews, collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability functions into corporate procedures, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer sustainability requirements.
  • Sustainability Integration and Innovation: Drive adoption of sustainability practices across the organization, advance low-carbon manufacturing practices, and explore circular economy opportunities in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in sustainability roles, with significant leadership experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in emission measurement (Scope 1, 2, and 3), sustainability reporting, stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, project management, and data analysis.

What We Offer:
