Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a premier institution of higher learning in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Senior Alumni Engagement Specialist to join our Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing alumni engagement initiatives that leverage talent and resources.
Responsibilities- Recruit and steward contributing alumni to foster meaningful relationships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement projects aligned with OAE goals, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and coordination.
- Leverage online platforms and technology to scale alumni engagement, supporting the Director in resource planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute programmes and major events, providing exceptional support and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in events, community or professional network engagement, stakeholder relations or alumni relations/advancement.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, project/vendor management, and team collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated experience in managing webinars and engagement programmes, preferably in an alumni relations or higher education setting.
A competitive salary ranging between SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
