Programme Management Coordinator

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effective delivery of workforce and business-related initiatives. Your exceptional organisational and project management skills, combined with your keen attention to detail, will be instrumental in coordinating and administering programmes across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programme administration and grant processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end application process, ensuring compliance with eligibility and funding requirements.
- Monitor and consolidate programme documentation, reports, and submissions.
Grant Administration:
- Administer grant-related processes, including claims review, salary support verification, and employer enquiries.
- Liaise with the Finance department to ensure proper governance and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation for management review.
Project and Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support for projects, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordination of logistics, registration, manpower, and other event requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
