The Butler plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to residents. This comprehensive position entails end-to-end responsibilities, from pre-arrival arrangements to departure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful connections between Butlers and residents by providing personalized luxury experiences.
  • Customize check-in procedures, ensure suite setup, offer welcome amenities, provide itinerary and dining recommendations, and make bookings as required.
  • Coordinate special occasion celebrations for residents, assist with in-suite experiences, resolve resident feedback, provide daily amenities, and extend a warm farewell.
  • Ensure that service standards and individual performance align with the Accor Hotels Values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, and Respect.
Internal Stakeholder Engagement
  • Implement the annual upsell strategy and achieve all set goals as per management directives.
  • Collaborate closely with the In-Suite Dining team and Housekeeping to ensure seamless In-Suite dining and cleaning experiences.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and other hotel departments.
Improving Quality and Safety
  • Guarantee that residents receive the experience as detailed in brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Raffles Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP), and Forbes 5-star/Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
  • Adhere to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree from a recognized School for Tourism and Hotel Management.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
