As a Luxury Service Expert, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized services to our clients.

Responsibilities of this role include suggesting products that meet clients' needs and informing customers about product details, such as ingredients, application methods and price.

To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and familiar with a wide range of beauty products.

You will help achieve sales targets while promoting our beauty products and services to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales and brand awareness by providing professional consultation tailored to each client's exquisite moment.
  • Handle customer objections and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Ensure counter cleanliness, proper presentation of products/testers on shelves, and replenish/pack stocks as needed.
  • Provide outstanding client experience through excellent product knowledge and expertise via a multi-category, multi-channel approach.

Requirements:

For this role, we require a minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant industry, preferably in the beauty industry.

Extensive knowledge of skincare or makeup and fragrance products is necessary.

Possessing accreditation in makeup artistry/skincare/fragrance is advantageous.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs).

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours, with a pleasant personality and service mindset.

Additional education in cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
