**About the Role**: Join one of the leading retail brands in fashion as a Client Advisor. You will play a pivotal role in conveying the brand's values, history, ambitions, and commitment to quality and creativity. Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a unique and personalized experience through your passion for our products, deep knowledge of our collections, hospitality, and excellent service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome every client and provide premium customer service, offering expert product knowledge and guidance.
- Strive to understand each client's needs thoroughly and guide them across the brand.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, instilling confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services.
- Proactively reach out to clients to meet individual and team goals.
- Collaborate as a team player and contribute to the overall store objectives.
- Continuously learn and master brand and product knowledge.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
- Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for brand products, services, and fashion.
- Adaptability and a fast learning ability with a client-centric mindset.
- Professional attitude with a curious and empathetic mindset.
- Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Availability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
