Senior Manager Data Analytics Job Summary

This is a senior-level management position responsible for leading data analytics efforts and driving business growth.

  • Lead data analysts in delivering high-quality insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and prioritize data-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that drive business outcomes and inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive-Level Presentations – Synthesize complex data into clear, visually engaging, and strategically aligned presentations.
  • Insight Generation – Deliver actionable insights that tell a story and lead to actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Storytelling with Data – Elevate the narrative of analytics through concise, compelling, and impactful storytelling tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute a strategic analytics roadmap, focusing on high-impact projects within set timelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including managing a team of at least 4–6 data analysts.
  • Strong ability to deliver clearly presented, high-quality insights that tell a story and lead to actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Understanding of digital media, including key metrics across both digital content and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, including acting as a trusted consultant to business units.
  • Stakeholder relationship management, including building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project planning and management, including conceptualizing and adding value to projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and dashboarding tools.
  • Experience working with data science, engineering, and governance teams.
