Job Title: Data Insights Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Insights Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing strategic data support to our risk consulting practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data expert to make a meaningful impact on our business. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality data insights and drive improvements to existing processes through innovative technologies.

Your responsibilities will include conducting insightful data analyses, working with large and complex data sets, creating and presenting visually engaging client reports, and collaborating with team members to enhance and automate reports as well as data management processes.

You will also participate in critical initiatives that focus on operational improvement and recommend new insights for data quality enhancements. If you have a passion for innovation, analytical skills, and experience with data analysis, this could be the ideal role for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or a related field.
  • Confirmed working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst with 5-7 years of experience.
  • History of training and mentoring others in data profiling, analysis, and quality improvement, including scripting cleansing rules.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, database structures, and management concepts and knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial atmosphere.
