Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator

    • Leadership of site workers and subcontractors to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Safety and Compliance:

    • Conduct of toolbox meetings and safety briefings to ensure awareness among site personnel.
    • Implementation of safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspection of work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
    • Identification and rectification of defects or non-conformances.
  • Progress Monitoring:
    • Tracking project schedule and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
    • Identification of delays and proposal of solutions to recover lost time.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintenance of records of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
    • Assistance in preparing work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.
