Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

  • Leading a team of engineers, coordinators, and supervisors to ensure professional duties are carried out efficiently on site.
  • Coordinating with the contract/purchase department to award subcontractors/suppliers as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site progress, including monitoring and chasing structure, architectural, and M&E works to align work progress with schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Manager and Senior Management.
  • Overall in-charge of site planning, operation, ERSS/excavation works and coordination.
  • Ensure site access and logistics are in-order at all times.
  • Conduct site meetings as required regarding site/subcontractor issues.
  • Oversee engineers, coordinators, and supervisors to ensure professional duties on site.
  • Adhere to company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and chase Structure, Architectural, and M&E works to align work progress with schedule.
  • Closely monitor site progress and troubleshoot constraints to expedite works.
  • Perform routine site inspections to resolve site problems with engineers, coordinators, and supervisors.
  • Monitor and chase Contract/Purchase Department to award subcontractors/suppliers as required.
