Site Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced site operations professional to lead our project teams. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that all works are completed safely and efficiently.

This is a key role within our site operations team, responsible for coordinating with site personnel, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications.

The role involves conducting daily site inspections, monitoring progress, and identifying any potential issues or hazards. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all site activities are aligned with the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure safe working practices.
  • Coordinate with site personnel, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress.
  • Identify potential issues or hazards and report to the project manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in site supervision, preferably in civil engineering projects.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Certified in Building Construction Safety Course.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
