**Site Operations Director Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Director to lead our construction activities and ensure timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects. They will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, supervising structural/architectural works, and leading a team of workers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction activities and progress independently, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinating with clients' representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead a team of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period, leveraging expertise to find solutions.
  • Ensure the quality of work, maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement the work plan as per the Project Manager's directives, ensuring effective project management.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Oversee quality control and safety matters on-site, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Attend project meetings, engaging with stakeholders to discuss project progress and concerns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in condominium or commercial building projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with staff at all levels.
  • Strong team player, eager to learn, contribute, advance, and progress within the organization.
