We are seeking a seasoned Product Insights Manager to lead our analytics team in driving data-driven decision making across trading pillars. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product analytics, with experience in defining and monitoring KPIs, analyzing user behavior, and designing A/B tests.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and track key performance indicators to guide product performance and trading activity.
  2. Analyze user behavior and trading patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Design and evaluate experiments to optimize user funnels and improve liquidity.
  4. Conduct market liquidity analysis to inform teams on optimizing depth, spreads, and order book health.
  5. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on event tracking, data quality, and experimentation frameworks.
  6. Stay up-to-date on crypto market trends and translate macro shifts into actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, trading analytics, or quant/data science roles.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, Looker, Mixpanel).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of crypto trading products on centralized or decentralized platforms.
  • Experience in market liquidity analysis – including depth, spread, execution quality, and market-making behavior.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and owning the narrative with data.
