Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Quantitative Analyst to spearhead our research efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and evaluate financial statements to pinpoint actionable investment insights.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to develop, refine, and implement quantitative trading strategies using AI technology.
  • Continuously assess and optimize existing trading approaches and execution processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Execute trades with precision, adhering to established strategies while adapting to real-time market conditions.
  • Skilledly utilize industry-standard financial data platforms and trading systems for efficient order management.
  • Actively manage and optimize portfolio positions to meet target risk and return objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market news, events, and regulatory developments to inform trading decisions.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience as an Equity Trader within a financial institution, hedge fund, or asset management firm.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of direct trading experience in both HK and US equity markets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard financial data platforms and trading systems, including Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, TradingView, and Interactive Brokers.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and ability to implement risk control measures.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with prior experience in developing trading algorithms or leveraging data analysis libraries.
