Job Title: Internal Audit Junior Manager

Role Overview:

  • This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in internal audit, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality assurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Audit Director and Senior Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit engagements.
  • Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from inception to completion, including timely billing and collections.
  • Ensure adherence to the firm's risk management and quality control procedures at all times.
  • Manage and service a portfolio of clients, acting as a primary point of contact within the firm.
  • Retail, develop, and motivate colleagues in the department, ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines and objectives are set for counselees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least an Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy.
  • Must possess professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member, or relevant certification in the discipline.
  • With at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience from audit or accounting firm.
  • Good command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple engagements and deadline-driven.
