We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Junior Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of audit engagements from planning to presentation, ensuring timely billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of audit engagements from planning to presentation, ensuring timely billing and collections.
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies on risk management and quality control at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as primary point of contact within the firm for clients together with partner/director.
  • Retain, motivate, and develop colleagues in the department by completing job appraisal documentation within deadlines and setting appropriate objectives and development plans.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
  • Possess relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member or equivalent certification.
  • Have a minimum 4-5 years of work experience from audit or accounting firms.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Be able to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines effectively.
