**Job Title:** Internal Audit Management Professional

 

The role of an Internal Audit Junior Manager involves assisting the Audit Director and Senior Manager in overseeing various aspects of audit engagements. This includes managing full-scale audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely billing and collections.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management and quality control procedures, guaranteeing adherence at all times. Furthermore, this individual will manage and service a portfolio of clients, acting as a primary point of contact within the organization.

A critical aspect of this role is retaining, developing, and motivating colleagues in the department. This entails ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed on time and implementing development plans for team members.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member, or relevant certification in the discipline
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience from audit or accounting firms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
