Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

  • The successful candidate will assist the management team in design, planning, and execution of projects.
  • They will be responsible for overall project management, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Key responsibilities include scheduling, materials procurement, shop fabrication, estimate resources, and site coordination.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in structural steelwork, architectural metalwork, or civil engineering.
  • A Quantity Surveyor with experience in cost estimation and contract administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel, with knowledge of construction drawings and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Specializing in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork, or Civil Engineering and Building Constructions.
  • Experience as Quantity Surveyor with Construction Industry preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet client deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) desirable.
  • Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately.
