Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our steelwork construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of steel structure design, fabrication, and erection methods.

The successful project lead will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that align with business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project execution strategies in line with business goals and schedules.
  • Manage project costs, including cost estimation, budgeting, procurement planning, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee on-site steel erection operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in steelwork construction or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel, as well as the ability to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
