Project Manager for Steelwork Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of steelwork construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of steel structure design, fabrication, erection methods, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and suppliers to coordinate project activities.
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols and construction regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Specializing in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork, or Civil Engineering and Building Constructions.
  • Able to understand all construction and shop-drawing.
  • Good Knowledge in MS office Word and Excel.
  • Preferable to be bilingual (English and Chinese).
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet client set deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
