About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of internal processes, sample coordination, and support for designers and product developers.

  • Manage invoices (DHL, UPS, DPEX, SF Express)
  • Handle parcel receiving and sending between HQ and vendors
  • Track parcel deliveries and returns

Main responsibilities:

Logistics

  • Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Process invoices and handle vendor communication

Sample Management

  • Prepare samples for fittings and ensure accurate measurements
  • Organize and maintain a clean sample archive

Data Entry

  • Upload fitting photos to internal systems
